Package: util-linux
Version: 2.15.1~rc1-1
Severity: normal

Hi!

After upgrading util-linux's packages to version 2.15.1~rc1-1, my system
clock is 3 hours behind the correct one.
Downgrading to 2.13.1.1-1 fixes the problem.

Running ntpdate with version 2.15.1~rc1-1 I see my clock getting correct,
but on the next reboot, it's 3 hours late again.

Is something wrong from my side or has something changed on util-linux, please?
If more info is needed, just ask me, please.

Thank you very much!

Best regards,
Nelson
