Even though policy tells differently one cannot rely on dependencies to be installed in postrm remove's target. To make sure there are no other issues like the recently discovered in texlive, it would be good to have an 'unpack, remove, purge' run next to the 'unpack, configure, remove, purge' one that is currently running.
