After a recent upgrade (in squeeze) the ftp sites were deleted from nautilus's folder tree and I cannot connect to ftp sites any longer.

To reproduce, click on file>connect to server
Service type: only custom location is offered.
Location (URI): (say) ftp.gnome.org
Connect

nautilus responds with:
Could not display "ftp.gnome.org".
Nautilus cannot handle this kind of location.

If I try with a site URI that starts "ftp://www"; I get
Nautilus cannot handle "ftp" locations.
