Package: libgpib-bin
Version: 3.2.12~20090514svn-1g
Severity: important
gpib_config doesn't seem to use data from /etc/gpib.conf.
I have /etc/gpib.conf containing a "base = 0x02e1" line in an interface
section, but when I run gpib_config I get:
failed to bring board online
failed to configure board
main: Operation not permitted
at the prompt
and in /var/log/kern.log
Jun 4 15:31:43 raf kernel: [81402.209079] PCIIa base range invalid,
must be one of 0x[0246]2e1, but is 0xffffffff
the command:
gpib_config -b 0x02e1
works as expected.
