Package: xscreensaver
Version: 5.05-3
Severity: wishlist

Hello,

thank you for xscreensaver.

I noticed that xscreensaver has the useful feature, when you miss a
password, to warn you that caps lock is on, and maybe that is why you
missed the password. That is nice.

However, it would be even nicer if I were warned before entering the
password, so that I can avoid myself a failed login attempt and an extra
waiting time.

Even better, I'd love to be able to set an option that disables the
login/password prompt if capslock is on, and just shows a big box saying
"turn off caps lock".

Ciao,

Enrico
