Sorry, I can’t reproduce that. The Remove button next to the list of entries works fine here. Are you sure you are editing the list? It should look similar to this: http://files.opensuse.org/opensuse/en/c/c3/Gconf-editor_compiz_plugins_key.png Is the Remove button greyed out, or does not just not work?
