Package: bugs.debian.org
Severity: normal

(I don't know if bugs about reportbug.debian.org should get filed
against bugs.debian.org or somewhere else; please let me know and I can
reassign if necessary.)

I use reportbug.debian.org:587 for reportbug and for the "bts" script
from devscripts (BTS_SMTP_HOST=reportbug.debian.org:587 in
~/.devscripts). I also do a lot of bug triage, forwarding, filing, and
so on. Recently, I started getting intermittent error messages from
bts, and I found out that reportbug.debian.org gives 451 errors with a
comment saying "only 5 reports per hour". Considering that this counts
each individual mail to cont...@bugs.debian.org, this seems woefully
insufficient for even moderate bug triage activities.

Please consider increasing this limit significantly, or removing it.
