I support this idea, since I was hunting down 2 missing commas (one in Build-Depends-Indep, an even nastier one in Depends -- which doesn't break the build but then misses dependencies at runtime) today, and those tiny bits are not easy to spot, especially if they are _not_ there :) If someone finds the time to write such a test it should probably include all fields that can have comma separated lists.
