Presumably that was a rather recent change. I refreshed the debhelper
information 10 days ago and the command was still in java-gcj-compat-dev at
that point. I've just refreshed it again, so this change will be in the
next Lintian upload.
BTW I think that | default-jdk | default-jdk-builddep is inherently
usafe and shouldn't
be suggested. What if the default once switched to OpenJDK?
It was originally added as a result of #513423. I don't know enough about
Java packaging in Debian to be sure whether that change was correct, but
will investigate further.
