TMPTIME is set to 0, which means that /tmp is cleaned on every boot. With laptops running out of power, this can cause data loss. Please consider setting TMPTIME to 1 or more. It'll hardly hurt (I have it set to 90 on all machines), but it could mean that data in /tmp (e.g. mutt emails) can be recovered after a machine goes down unexpectedly.
