Package: webcheck Severity: normal Hi.
webcheck appears to ship a copy of beautifulsoap, although the library is available in package python-beautifulsoap. Please adapt the packaging so that to depend on the other package. Pay attention the the eventual version discrepency in doing so. Thanks in advance. Best regards, P.S.: I didn't file this bug with increased severity, although I believe the policy dictates that such change should be made. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'testing-proposed-updates') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.29-2-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages webcheck depends on: ii python 2.5.4-2 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-support 1.0.3 automated rebuilding support for P Versions of packages webcheck recommends: ii python-beautifulsoup 3.1.0.1-1 error-tolerant HTML parser for Pyt Versions of packages webcheck suggests: ii epiphany-gecko [www-browser] 2.26.1-1 Intuitive GNOME web browser - Geck ii iceweasel [www-browser] 3.0.9-1 lightweight web browser based on M ii konqueror [www-browser] 4:4.2.2-1 KDE 4's advanced file manager, web ii lynx-cur [www-browser] 2.8.7pre1-1 Text-mode WWW Browser with NLS sup ii w3m [www-browser] 0.5.2-2+b1 WWW browsable pager with excellent -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
