The latest versions of libneon27 and libneon27-gnutls (0.28.4-1) broke svn. Attempting a "svn up" throws this error: svn: OPTIONS of 'https://fofix.googlecode.com/svn/MFH-Mod/trunk': could not connect to server (https://fofix.googlecode.com)
Same error occurs for every svn hosts i could try. Going back from 0.28.4-1 to 0.28.2-6.1 solves the issue.
