This bug has been now fixed in Cppcheck upstream git, by commit:

Fix was to print following error instead of crashing:
[linux-2.6/drivers/scsi/qla2xxx/qla_sup.c:352]: (error) Syntax error.
Not enough parameters for macro 'qla_printk'.
Current plan is to release next upstream version in June 10th (about 20
days), which should also be the day when next Debian package should
appear with this fix.
