I believe o'clock should not be hyphenated.  Neither the Collins nor
(as far as I understand it) the Shorter Oxford show any
hyphenatable(?) break.  As far as I can tell, ukhyphen.tex also
refuses to hyphenate it (but that's a 90% solution).
