This one is fixed in STABLE14-linux26-defer-cred-changing-20090511 in upstream CVS. I'll pull up that delta in the next release of the Debian package, which I hope to do fairly soon. http://www.openafs.org/cgi-bin/wdelta/STABLE14-linux26-defer-cred-changing-20090511?diff&f=u has the diff if you need a faster fix.
