retitle 528600 php5-cli: segfaults if invoked with #!/usr/bin/php5 -f thanks

Interesting. I think it could very well be a bug in PHP indeed (and the bug has been reassigned already). If it's confirmed, then I'll commit the workaround (removing the -f) in the gforge packages.
