On my computer Azureus always checks for updates on startup and in fact
does find one, downloads it, seems to install it and prompts for a
restart. But when I restart it, the update doesn't seem to have been
applied because it finds the same update again and still wants to
install it.
This doesn't always happen, though. Sometimes I just get an empty window
with "Azureus Updater" as the title text. The window just sits there but
does nothing, while Azureus functions perfectly fine otherwise.
