Hm... Reading it again, along with the paragraph above it, I can now see that it only recommends using Python-Depends under certain circumstances. However, it definitely does not say to avoid Python-Depends under other circumstances, nor does it explain how Python-Depends is meant to work. It would be easy for a reader to assume (as I did based on the older documentation) that Python-Depends should be used in general, and must be used under specific circumstances.
