This fixes #2281 xf86-video-glamo/0f03b39435910: odd graphical artifacts but does not fix > http://docs.openmoko.org/trac/ticket/2258 I talked with Lars and it seems that the 703a version has bug #2258 too but does not trigger it very easily. The new version triggers it every time with new kernel: lars_.05-10.log:08:23 <lars_> i just updated to the newest kernel and i get a wsod every time i quit X > What about the following ones? ;-) > > http://docs.openmoko.org/trac/ticket/2258 As stated above, no version has the real fix for that. Older versions just don't hit it every time. > http://docs.openmoko.org/trac/ticket/2263 That is not fixed yet either. > Since it seems that recent commits have fixed some problems, I would > prefer to package the last one: > > commit 25c4b0e80e93e04e6f7d4b8bca6d007fb9de6da8 > Author: Lars-Peter Clausen <l...@metafoo.de> > Date: Sat May 9 15:27:17 2009 +0200 > > Don't wait when disabling the cmdq. it causes a wsod for some users. > thanks to lindi for tracking it down. Hmm, I wrote your email before this version existed so I have not done extensive testing on it yet. Please don't pacckage it without asking Lars first if he thinks it'd be a stable version. (My understanding is that we have no real fix for the issue yet...) best regards, Timo Lindfors -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
