Package: osmo Version: 0.2.6-1 Severity: normal Hi,
I'm currently trying osmo, which I find nice, but I'm a bit wondering how to add “events” to the calendar. The notes are fine, but you cant really add a time (free timeline text only), and exporting to an ical file indeed doesn't show any time. So I tried to add “tasks” for events like meetings, and it could work fine (I can add a date and time for the “due date”, even if a meeting isn't really a task). But the tasks then don't appear at all when you export them to ical files. I'm not exactly sure what should I use for my events, notes or tasks, but the lack of a “real” event support is a bit painfull (but maybe I don't do things correctly :) ) Cheers and thanks for the work. -- Yves-Alexis -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.29-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages osmo depends on: ii libc6 2.9-12 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libcairo2 1.8.6-2+b1 The Cairo 2D vector graphics libra ii libglib2.0-0 2.20.1-2 The GLib library of C routines ii libgringotts2 1.2.10~pre3-1 gringotts data encapsulation and e ii libgtk2.0-0 2.16.1-2 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libgtkspell0 2.0.13-2 a spell-checking addon for GTK's T ii libical0 0.43-2 iCalendar library implementation i ii libnotify1 [libnotify1-gtk 0.4.5-1 sends desktop notifications to a n ii libpango1.0-0 1.24.0-3+b1 Layout and rendering of internatio ii libxml2 2.7.3.dfsg-1 GNOME XML library osmo recommends no packages.
