I could none of win95/98/me get to work with any qemu after
this commit:

Before that all work fine. After that there are various
symtoms like just hanging, qemu crashing, VGA BIOS panic,
"Trying to execute code outside of RAM/ROM", ...
If with this commit I disable the "map_linear_vram()" thingy,
it works. Doing the same in the latest version doesn't help.
WinXP works always though.
