There is a lot of info in README.Debian about things being moved
around, config files changing format, etc. It would be good to use
NEWS.Debian to document these.

BTW, once change I don't see mentioned that seemed to affect me is that
the daemon runs as user jabberd, not jabber now. All my old data files
were owned by jabber user.
