The thing is, Xfce 4.6 doesn't use anymore .config/xfce4-session/xfce4-session.rc but stores its stuff in xfconf. Could you: - Move .config/xfce4-session out of the way (just rename it) and see if it changes anything - Give us the output of: xfconf-query -c xfce4-session -p /general/SaveOnExit xfconf-query -c xfce4-session -p /general/Autosave Cheers, -- Yves-Alexis
