Initially I had the problem with 2.9-9, but did not bother to report it as 2.9-10 built successfully. Retrying today, 2.9-10 also fails the eintr1 test. As I said, the failure does not happen all of the time, but only in ~85% of all cases. > You can also try with a different kernel. 2.6.28.10 does not show the problem (repeated the test a few dozen times), but all 2.6.29 kernels I've tested have it, including Debian's official 2.6.29-2-amd64 package.
