dhcdbd has been a run time dependency on network-manager 0.6. Now that network-manager 0.7 has entered testing, I request the removal of dhcdbd from unstable (and testing). dhcdbd is completely dead upstream and has never been used by any other package then network-manager. Now that network-manager no longer requires is, it has become completely obsolete and there is no more reason to keep it around (we discussed this within pkg-utopia and decided not to file a RFA because of this).
