When a Postscript file that was produced by a Windows postscript driver with the same PPD as cups is using is printed through cups, the default values for at least the InputSlot and Duplex settings from the cups settings override the settings in the Postscript file. This appears to be happening due to either pstops adding the default settings in addition to the original ones, and potentially also due to foomatic-rip changing the settings to the default.
