Hi, on my system here I have dropped in my own /etc/exim4/exim4.conf
file. Then I do:

syminet:/home/mark# apt-get install sa-exim
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
sa-exim is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
1 not fully installed or removed.
Need to get 0B of archives.
After unpacking 0B of additional disk space will be used.
Setting up sa-exim (4.2.1-4) ...

...hangs until ^C

For me, the fix was to open another terminal, ssh in and try again.
While hung I did a "kill -9 exim4" to stop the running process and
it completed the install normally. So appears to be something with
stopping the running process?

Best

Mark
