Package: kvm Version: 72+dfsg-5~lenny1 Severity: normal When I start a KVM with a virtio network interface (model=virtio) and I do a (live) migration using the qemu console, the KVM guest starts spitting out messages like virtio_net 0: id 80 is not a head! as soon as the migration has finished, and the network is gone. When I don't use the model=virtio option on both hosts I never get this error. I think this is a KVM problem, but maybe it could be a bug on the guest? (which runs Ubuntu Hardy). By the way when the guest is quiet I don't get the error. But just manually typing lots of characters to a ssh terminal during migration is enough to trigger the error.
