I changed some minor things in your debdiff, like patching debian.control.in instead of debian/control, fixing the version of udev in Breaks (0.136-1 instead of 136-1), and not hardcoding "libmtp8" in libmtp.preinst.in. I did not check the conffiles code in detail, but you seem so confident that I went ahead with the upload.
