Yes, that would be nice, but there are still open questions to solve, e.g. how do you assure that the tag actually builds? This is why we require at least one binary package with an upload, so that the build daemons don't have to rake through broken packages and their admins get annoyed. When I finish with my research in the weeks to come, I plan to set up an amd64+i386 build daemon which can build your packages from source.
