I've been having a look at this. As far as I can tell, we were already mostly there. I've updated the description of "unknown-section" to use "archive area" when referring to non-free / contrib, which only leaves section-category-mismatch. Changing the text of the description is simple, but I'm debating whether we should also rename the tag (to e.g. section-area-mismatch).
