Hi Tshepang, Sorry for taking so long ..... The problem seems to be that sudo apt-get source -b cdbs works but fakeroot apt-get source -b cdbs fails. In wajig I've used fakeroot for the build command. It seems to work otherwise and does not need system admin. (I try to avoid sysadmin unless it is really needed.) I guess this is a case where it is needed, but I wonder why, compared to other packages. Do you have any insights about that? Perhaps I just need to use sudo for all builds. It would be a pity. Keen to know your suggestion.... Regards, Graham -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
