The problem is multiple but probably comes down to the fact that the set of binary packages evolves over time and we lose the association binary -> source. Most bugs are reported against kernel package of ABI -1 and in the archive we currently have -2. The script that generates the stats should try to use the same mapping than the one used by the BTS.
