Actually, it's not the fds that are used up but rather the system's PTYs - which makes it even more serious, as once all the system's PTYs are allocated, no pppd using a PTY can establish any connection anymore - plus other programs using ptys will break, too, of course. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
