I'd like the httptunnel client, htc, to be able to accept a URI of the remote
host. For instance, instead of just specifying the remote host and port, I'd
like to be able to do something like this:

htc https://secure.example.com/httptunnel

where the remote host would be doing something like using apache's mod_proxy 
to connect /httptunnel to the port hts is listening on.
