Johannes, do you have contact data for Jozsef or Arpad? Peter, is your
version also available as a dtx file?

This is the version I've sent to Johannes, and I haven't received an
answer for about 1 year. I won't make any new .dtx versions until there is
progress with the inclusion of the old one.
