Installing jwm creates the file /usr/share/jwm/xsessions/Jwm.desktop which should be in the directory /usr/share/xsessions; therefore cp -i /usr/share/jwm/xsessions/Jwm.desktop /usr/share/xsessions/ removes Your problem and You will find jwm in the sessions menu at startup of the gdm (Gnome display manager)
