>From time to time postfix-policyd seems to hang. Postfix report 
>'postfix/smtpd[8539]:
warning: problem talking to server 127.0.0.1:10031: Connection timed out' in 
mail.log
In this situation its not possible to stop or restart postfix-policyd 
gracefully.
Postfix-policyd needs to be killed before it can be started again. Postfix can 
be 
restarted without problems. Postfix 2.5.5-1.1 is installed on the system.
If this problem occurs postfix refuses any new mails. The problem seems to be 
more likely at higher
email traffic rates.
