Package: iceweasel-torbutton Version: 1.2.0-1 Severity: normal The package recommends privoxy, but the docs do not mention it, so it's not really clear if it's required, or optional. Also, until #421148 is fixed, it would be good to document how tor needs to be configured to use torbutton.
Also, why only recommend tor? It would be a strange configuration that used a third-party proxy to get to tor.. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.28-1-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages iceweasel-torbutton depends on: ii iceweasel 3.0.7-1 lightweight web browser based on M Versions of packages iceweasel-torbutton recommends: ii privoxy 3.0.12-2 Privacy enhancing HTTP Proxy ii tor 0.2.0.34-1 anonymizing overlay network for TC iceweasel-torbutton suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- see shy jo
