Fabian's patch is not 100% right, because /usr/share/bug/<package> can be a file, not a directory. If a file, it is the script, and should be executable.
dh_bugfiles somewhat obsoletes this bug, but it's still reasonable for dh_fixperms to fix permissions of these files. (The overrides patch was almost right, and I've applied that hunk.) -- see shy jo
