Also note, having locate'd the module, I did this:

23:17 aven ~ # insmod /lib/modules/2.6.26-1-686/misc/vmhgfs.ko
insmod: error inserting '/lib/modules/2.6.26-1-686/misc/vmhgfs.ko': -1
Invalid module format

Which I guess is just because the kernel version number is embedded as
part of the headers in vmhgfs.ko. So again the module just needs to be
recompiled as far as I can tell...
