While I'd agree new home directories could be subjected to arbitrary new directories, I do think its a bit rude for the system to create new folders inside someones existing home directory.
Could the package at least warn thats what its doing? BTW; Thanks for pointing out “~/.config/user-dirs.dirs”. Karl.
