It's not intended to bother admins, but to make sure the mirror can be
properly used even during the update.
Because when admin don't use our script, we can never be sure the script
is having the proper behaviour.

Please make sure you follow the required options at
http://debian.org/mirror/ftpmirror#how (you can read ftpsync and adapt
it..)

Strange, given the figures you gave below ?

If I read well and that you didn't add extra 0, then it's very good
connectivity :)
