atmailopen has some important JavaScript files in javascript/ directory: abookadd.js ajax editgroup.js help.js newmail.wav selectxp.js stylens.css abooksearch.js buttonswap.js fckeditor keypress.js opensearch.js settings.js trselect.js addbook.js composebook.js head.css livesearch.js prototype.js stylehelp.css webtoolkit.url.js Without them the whole interface is unusable. On the other hand, package 'javascript-common' adds an alias to Apache2, 'javascript/', pointing to '/usr/share/javascript'. If 'atmailopen' is configured as a subdomain service (eg. http://webmail.mydomain.tld), global alias from javascript-common package takes place and Javascript files are loaded from /usr/share/javascript, instead of /usr/share/atmailopen/javascript. Thus important files are not loaded and user is unable to login.
