tags 520026 patch stop I found the issue. In mhl/escape.h:11 , mc define some char to escape for provide command shell compatibility. The '~' char don't escape correctly. maybe because it's use in username completion function in src/complete.c I didn't found where exactly, at the moment. I provide with this e-mail a little hack to solve the issue temporarily.
