The Debian Bug Tracking System lives at http://bugs.debian.org. You are correct that your messages to 524...@bugs.debian.org have not arrived to the system (see http://bugs.debian.org/524264). You should give us the error to see what’s the problem; maybe you will have to contact the BTS administrators in order to solve it, but it’s difficult knowing without seeing the error you get.
