I've checked current CVS version, the bug is already fixed: http://audacity.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/audacity/audacity-src/src/commands/CommandManager.cpp?view=log (Revisions 1.62 and 1.63, perhaps some others, too) Since this bug has very little impact on the overall functionality, I suggest we simply wait for a new upstream release. One could try backporting the relevant changes, but r1.62+r1.63 didn't do the trick.
