The example cron job for restarting gozerbot from
/usr/share/gozerbot/gozerbot.cron looks like this:

However:
1. I have yet to see something happening with gozerbot, when I send it a
SIGCHILD. Does it have
any effect at all?
2. under what condition should the kill command fail (as above in the code) and
why should
gozerbot be started in that case?
