Bug#523710: oss-preserve: Please update build dep for libglib1.2

Hi,

Now that Gtk1.2 is removed we are also looking to remove glib1.2 from
the archive.  Please update oss-preserve to build with libglib2.0. 
(configure.in seems to use AC_CHECK_PROG glib-config to look for the 
presence of glib.
