Package: tiger
Version: 1:3.2.2-8
Severity: important
Hi.
I mark this as important, as it could be security relevant.
1) Although I even haven't apache installed I get this error message:
--ERROR-- [init005e] Don't have required file APACHECONFDIR.
This shouldn't happen.
Also, the explanation of the error doesn't seem to fit, as it says the
variable is not set, while the short message says, the file is missing:
The indicated variable, which should contain the pathname to an input
file or work directory does not have a value. This indicates that
either full support is not available for this platform, or that there
is a configuration error.
2) grepping thorugh the sources I found this:
/usr/lib/tiger/systems/Linux/2/config:[ "$LXDISTRIBUTION" = "debian" ]
&& APACHECONFDIR="/etc/apache/"
However, Debian uses another directory for apache (/etc/apache2)
This probably means that the tests never work.
Chris.
